Our Policies

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through LuniPay (powered by Stripe). All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology.

Currency

All transactions are processed in Jamaican Dollars (JMD). Your bank may apply foreign transaction fees if your card is issued outside of Jamaica.

Payment Security

We do not store your card information. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of certification available.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at maisondeluxeja@gmail.com or via Instagram @shop.maisondeluxe. If a cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Delivery Options

  • Direct Delivery — Kingston & St. Andrew: $700 JMD. Delivered directly to your address within Kingston and St. Andrew.
  • Direct Delivery — Portmore & Spanish Town: $1,000 JMD. Delivered directly to your address in Portmore or Spanish Town.
  • Knutsford Express (All Other Parishes): $300 JMD (our fee) + $700 JMD Knutsford pickup fee paid at the branch. Available to all parishes except St. Thomas.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification at each stage of your order.

Delivery Timeframes

Direct deliveries are typically completed within 1–3 business days. Knutsford Express deliveries are subject to their standard transit times.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours at maisondeluxeja@gmail.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Patch Test Required

Before using any Maison de Luxe product for the first time, we strongly recommend performing a patch test. Apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or behind your ear, and wait 24 hours. If redness, irritation, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Individual Results May Vary

Skin is unique. Results shown in our gallery are from real customers but are not guaranteed to be typical. Results may take 2–8 weeks of consistent use to become visible.

Sun Protection

All brightening and exfoliating products increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun. It is essential that you apply a broad-spectrum SPF 50+ sunscreen every day while using our products.

Do Not Pick or Peel

When using the Peeling Oil, allow skin to shed naturally. Do not pick, pull, or peel the skin manually — this can cause further irritation, scarring, and worsened hyperpigmentation.
